About this class
What you’ll do in the class
Before Health Day, individual priorities are discussed with the company in order to optimally adapt the content to the needs of employees (e.g. back health, stress management, exercise in the office, balance in the gym, healthy eating).
1st theoretical impulse (30 min.)
- Short presentation on a selected health topic
- Practical tips for everyday work
2. Active practice (60 min.)
- Mobilization and warm-up exercises
- Strengthening & stabilization for a healthy posture
- Movement breaks for everyday work (simple exercises at work)
- Relaxation techniques against stress & tension
3. Conclusion & exchange (30 min.)
- Individual questions & personal recommendations
- Motivation tips for long-term health in everyday working life
